All Ballroom and Latin dances involve turns and spins. A number of key factors can help make your spins easier and more stable.

In this 40-minute workshop, we take a look at several of the most common turns and spins. These include Pivots and Pivot Actions, which are used in Waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Smooth Waltz, Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz, Jive, Samba and other dances. We also cover 3-Point Turns common in Latin and the Smooth Dances, Viennese Crosses as used in Viennese Waltz, Tango and Slow Waltz, and Heel Turns.
