This Quickstep video workshop covers a comprehensive Gold-level grouping of steps forming an L coverage area on a typical dance floor.

This workshop, filmed during a group class, covers a fairly detailed group of figures including Bronze, Silver and Gold level step patterns. Some technical detail is given but the emphasis is primarily on helping to connect the different figures to one another. The 20-minute workshop covers the following figures:

  • Running Right Turn
  • Running Finish
  • Quick Open Reverse
  • Four Quick Run
  • Natural Turn
  • Tipsy to Left
  • Tipsy to Right
  • Forward Lock
  • Natural Turn
  • Tipple Chasse to turn corner
  • Natural Spin Turn with Reverse Pivot
  • Outside Swivel

  • Natural Turn

The couple twice achieved a top-3 Canadian ranking in Senior Latin as well as a 3rd place Canadian ranking in 30+ Ten Dance.
