You can create some very beautiful Waltz with simple variations of basic steps, often ones pulled from other dances.

This workshop looks at several ways to enhance your Waltz with variations that are surprisingly easy, yet create nice flowing movement. We start with the Open Natural and Running Finish, giving different options for the ending, including a Right Foot Closed Change and Basic Weave. We then cover the Curved Feather, with both Closed and Open Impetus endings. Finally, we add the Chasse with a Closed Wing, creating a complete group consisting of the Curved Feather, Open Impetus, Chasse, Closed Wing, and Progressive Chasse to Right. Recorded during a Kinvillage Intermediate group class.
