Online registration closes at 8:00pm the night before. If you miss the window, just show up! Registration isn’t required. Click on the event to see class details and order your tickets. Choose RSVP/Going if you plan to pay at the studio.

What does 1A or 2A mean? We divide our Intermediate programs into 2 parts of 2 lessons each, an A group and a B group, roughly 6 months apart. When you complete both A and B segments, you’ve learned all the figures covered in that dance.

Slow Foxtrot 1A

The Slow Foxtrot is one of the most beautiful of all ballroom dances. It’s also one of the most challenging to learn because of the amount of control needed to dance it well. We start the Slow Foxtrot from the beginning, so it is suitable for those who have never learned it. We recommend that you have completed the Level 1 dances before taking part in this series, as it forms a foundation that will serve you well as you learn technique.
