This Waltz video workshop presents a fairly simple and elegant grouping that fills the long side of a typical ballroom floor, and including a Tipsy to Right as well as a Side Lock.

You'll learn the figures included in this group with some technical details to help make you look good on the floor. The grouping begins with a Natural Turn in the first corner of the long wall, and concludes with another Natural Turn in the far corner of the same wall, taking up the entire length of the long wall. Filmed during a Kinvillage group class but edited to the most important elements, the 20-minute workshop covers the following figures:

  • Natural Turn with underturned 456
  • Right Foot Lunge
  • Tipsy to Right
  • Open Impetus
  • Open Natural
  • Side Lock
  • Progressive Chasse to Right
  • Outside Change
  • Natural Turn
