Slow Foxtrot 6

The Slow Foxtrot is one of the most challenging dances to learn because of the amount of control needed to dance it well. In this six-part series, we’ll begin the Slow Foxtrot from the beginning for those who have never learned it. Some dance experience at the Bronze (Intermediate) level is required. In this sixth and final week, we review the material from the previous weeks and add the Closed and Open Impetus, along with additional information on technique and musicality.

Note: Only low impact classes are offered at this time, so figures may be modified to ensure that there is no sustained breathing or heart rate. Select either to purchase a ticket with a credit card, or use the RSVP button if you wish to pay when you arrive. Do not use both or it limits capacity. Masks are required.
