We’ve updated our in-studio safety protocols following the guidance of the provincial health authority. As always, our top priority is providing you with safe access to your dance lessons.
The following procedures have been updated to comply with changing BC government regulations.
Group classes continue to be limited in numbers.
To help manage attendance, every participant must register online on the event page for each class they wish to attend. Locate the event in the calendar and click on it for the detailed information. Then select how many tickets you want.
You may pay for your class at the time of purchase, or choose the RSVP option if you prefer to pay in person when you get to class, or if you are using a punch card. We are extending the expiry date of Delta Dance punch cards to avoid unexpected expirations.
Class size limits
Group classes are limited to a maximum of 20 students. Our facility has 2,400 square feet of space so this allows 120 square feet per person or couple.
Pre-registration is required, to allow us to manage class sizes.
As of August 25, 2021 masks are once again required for all indoor activities. We have masks available for those who want one.
We recommend that you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands thoroughly before entering the hall and when you leave. We have sanitizers stations located in several places around the hall.
At this time, couples dancing together should be from the same household, or “core bubble,” unless both partners are fully vaccinated. This refers to receiving both doses of vaccine no less than two weeks before the class.
There will be no casual changing of partners during the class until further notice.
Please ensure you are distancing safely as you enter and leave the facility, as well as during the class. We need to work together to provide sufficient space at all times.
As of August 25, 2021 masks are required for private lessons. We have masks available for those who don’t have their own. Physical distancing is still required within the ballroom.
