Kinvillage Slow Foxtrot Musical Expression
This workshop focuses on becoming more musical in Slow Foxtrot. The dance itself is unique in that it continuously moves, rather than having figures that start and stop. Each figure blends into another and this should be expressed through the dancing. This also offers special opportunities to create variations by using the movement strategically, changing timing at will throughout the dance. Doing so requires good follow technique and strong lead capabilities. We explore all these areas.
