George's Thoughts: I'm not crazy about the European big-band style approaches to Latin music. They lack the authentic Latin flavoring we've come to expect. But the vocals on this piece are good enough to give it a chance. The beat is not as strongly defined as I usually like for Samba but the song meets the requirements and splits the beat nicely.
